Senior Associate Promotions Q4 2022: Congratulations to Daisy Vacher and Yannick Tschudi

We are very pleased to announce that Daisy Vacher (Zurich) and Yannick Tschudi (Madrid) have been promoted to Senior Associates. We are proud to offer our young associates a career path that values and develops their great talents. In return, we are full of appreciation for the impressive level of dedication and expertise they give back to MLL Legal. Daisy Vacher and Yannick Tschudi are no exception, so congratulations to them both on this important achievement!

Daisy Vacher focuses on matters of Swiss immigration and the procurement of work permits for companies wanting to employ foreign nationals in Switzerland.

Marcel C. Steinegger, Partner Employment Law and Co-Head of Litigation & Arbitration, says:

“I have had the privilege of working with Daisy Vacher for more than five years now which has always been a great joy. Not only does she have very in-depth knowledge of immigration law, she is also well connected with the authorities which is always an asset. She is a very big support for our practice groups employment law, corporate law and litigation & arbitration. It therefore fills me with great satisfaction that she has been promoted to Senior Associate.”

Yannick Tschudi works in the domains of Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution. He represents and advises Swiss and international clients in all fields of intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark law.

Michael Ritscher, Partner and Head of Intellectual Property, says:

“We are very proud that Yannick Tschudi has been promoted to Senior Associate. After having started working with us from our Brussels office at that time and then spending two years in our Zurich office, he is now working in our Madrid office where he will further develop the international reach of our IP team with particular emphasis on clients from Spain and from Latin America.”
