Sale of Novasina AG to SIC Group AG
MLL Legal acted as transaction counsel for the owners of Novasina AG and SIC Group AG on the sale of Novasina AG.
Novasina specialises in the development and in-house production of precision measuring instruments for water activity, air and material humidity, temperature and differential pressure. The company is represented in over eighty countries around the world and its technology is used by renowned global corporations in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, semiconductor and textile industries as well as in air conditioning and clean room technology.
SIC Group aims to secure proven Swiss entrepreneurship with its values and qualities in the long term and therefore invests primarily in Swiss family-owned companies with the goal of maintaining and further developing these companies, most of which have been successfully managed over several generations and are strongly positioned in the market, in a future-oriented manner.
