MLL Legal advised Datasite on its acquisition of Sherpany
On 22 February 2024, Datasite LLC announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Agilentia AG, known in the market under the brand Sherpany. The terms of the agreement are confidential. The transaction closed on 15 March 2024.
Datasite, with offices spread across five continents, is a leading SaaS platform that is used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects.
Sherpany is a leading SaaS provider of board reporting and meeting management solutions that streamline the entire meeting process to enhance productivity and company performance.
The MLL Legal team advised Datasite on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction and was co-led by partners Andrea Sieber and Kevin M.
