Speaking Engagements
Renato Bucher to speak at the Conference “Volatility in Global Trade and Supply Chain Structures – Challenges of Constant Adaptation” presented by the IBA International Commerce and Distribution Committee
Renato Bucher will be speaking at the workshop “Nuts and Bolts of Contract Drafting to address the Unexpected” on 16 April 2026 in Munich.
Interactive contract drafting across four key topics
Participants will collaborate on practical case studies, drafting contractual clauses designed to protect either the buyer’s or the supplier’s interests. The clauses will then be presented to the audience for discussion and feedback.
The workshop will focus on price escalation clauses and best practices for mitigating tariff and cost risks, market disruption and unusual price increases, preparing for trade sanctions, and long-term supply contracts with appropriate risk allocation.
About the conference
