Perusa Partners Fund II L.P., together with other institutional investors, acquired Swiss holding company Secura Industriebeteiligungen AG including MÜPRO group with group companies across the globe. The transaction closed on 23 January 2018.

MÜPRO group is a market leading provider of fixing technology products and services as well as vibration insulation and fire safety solutions with group sales of approx. EUR 95 million.

FRORIEP acted as legal advisor of the seller in this complex, multi-national transaction. FRORIEP’s team was headed by partner Felix M. Mathis (M&A) and included counsel Benjamin Dürig (M&A, environmental) as well as associates Romina Brogini and Rinon Memeti (competition).
