Nicola Benz listed in Managing IP’s Top 250 Women in IP list 2022
Managing IP’s Top 250 Women in IP list was first launched in 2013 and each year recognises some of the senior female IP practitioners in private practice who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms.
Nicola Benz, partner and vice-chair of MLL Legal’s Board, features again in the illustrious company of this year’s Managing IP Top 250 Women in IP list. She has more than 20 years of experience as a practising lawyer in the field of IP and technology, advising on transactions, disputes and compliance matters and associated contractual and regulatory law. Nicola is an active member of INTA and the iTechLaw Association and is one of the founders of the Cyber Incident Hub, a multidisciplinary response team for data security issues of which MLL Legal is the legal partner.
This year’s Top 250 Women in IP list features more than 30 jurisdictions across the world. The research was conducted by the IP STARS research analysts who are to be congratulated for their focus on diversity and promotion of female talents.
