MLL successfully represented Cocoa Luxury in 3D trademark and unfair competition case against Kraft Foods and its TOBLERONE
MLL successfully represented Cocoa Luxury, a Swiss chocolate company based in Zug, in PI proceedings concerning Kraft Foods' 3D TOBLERONE trademark and claims under the Unfair Competition Act.
The Commercial Court of the Canton of Bern concluded that Cocoa Luxury’s chocolate bars do not infringe Kraft Foods’ rights and dismissed the PI application.
Cocoa Luxury was represented by Simon Holzer, Renato Bucher and Anna Karczewski.
