MLL advised the HolidayCheck Group in a comprehensive Covid-19 caused restructuring project
Meyerlustenberger Lachenal AG acted as Swiss counsel in organizing a mass-dismissal project with social plan negotiations for the Swiss subsidiary of the HolidayCheck Group, which was caused by the Covid-19 crisis.
The MLL team, led by Martin Ammann (counsel employment / restructuring) was completed by Sabrina Gysi (junior associate).
