MLL advised Sunrise on real estate and infrastucture matters in relation to its attempt to acquire UPC Switzerland GmbH
On February 27, 2019, Sunrise Communications Group Ltd. (Sunrise) announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire UPC Switzerland GmbH (UPC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Global plc (Liberty Global), for an enterprise value of CHF 6.3 billion. UPC is Switzerland's leading cable operator with access to 2.3 million homes, serving 1.2 million customers and 2.3 million service.
MLL advised Sunrise Communications Group Ltd. with respect to real estate and infrastructure in the signing of a binding agreement to acquire UPC Switzerland GmbH for an enterprise value of CHF 6.3 billion.
