MLL acted as legal advisor to VanEck in the listing of a new VanEck Vectors Exchange Traded Product (ETP) on SIX Swiss Exchange
MLL is proud to have accompanied VanEck ETP AG in the multicurrency listing of the VanEck Vectors Crypto Leaders ETN (Ticker: VTOP) on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The new product is trading on SIX since 27 January 2022.
The new VanEck ETP is designed to track the performance of the largest and most liquid crypto currencies, all of which need to be listed on at least one of the top 15 exchanges pursuant to the CryptoCompare’s Exchange Benchmark. The ETP is fully collateralised by the underlying cryptocurrencies stored in cold storage at a regulated crypto custodian.
The New York-based investment management firm VanEck has a history of looking beyond the financial markets to identify trends. They were one of the first asset managers to offer investors access to gold investing in 1968, emerging markets in 1993, and Exchange Traded Funds in 2006.
MLL partner Mark Montanari (capital markets) advised VanEck ETP AG with respect to the entire listing process of the new product on SIX.
