Speaking Engagements

Michael Ritscher, head of MLL’s practice group IP, will be speaking about the most recent developments in EU copyright law, in particular about the abolishment of the artistic value criterion and about the abolishment of the discrimination of non-EU designers formerly allowed by the Berne Convention. Michael will also share his recommendations for practitioners in the field.
