Jean Marguerat to participate in the first “Meet the Court” Event of the Swiss Arbitration Centre
The Swiss Arbitration Centre is launching “Meet the Court”, a new annual event series designed to bring the Court closer to the arbitration community and encourage open dialogue between practitioners and the institution.
The inaugural edition will take place on 18 March 2026 in Geneva and will feature Jean Marguerat, Partner at MLL Legal and member of the Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, as one of the participating Court members.
The event will offer a unique opportunity to gain insights directly from members of the Court into its work and decision-making processes.
Through an interactive panel discussion, participants will hear practical perspectives on how the Court approaches key procedural matters and supports the efficient administration of arbitrations. The discussion will be moderated by Julia Simon, Legal Counsel of the Swiss Arbitration Centre.
In the spirit of meaningful exchange, attendees are invited to submit questions in advance. Selected questions will be addressed during the panel discussion, fostering a dynamic and community-driven conversation.
With this new initiative, the Swiss Arbitration Centre aims to strengthen engagement with the arbitration community and enhance transparency around the work of the Court.
The event will take place at the Lalive offices (35 rue de la Mairie) and start at 17:00.
