IP Stars: Tier 1 in trade mark work
Though IP Stars’ editorial analysis for our firm for their 2018 edition will only be published between May and July, the trade mark firm rankings have been released. With a Tier 1 rating in trade mark contentious work and a Tier 3 rating in trade mark prosecution work, Meyerlustenberger Lachenal’s IP Team has been recognized once again for its excellence in these areas. The firm is also recommended in the copyright category, and is a Tier 1 rated firm in patent contentious matters (2017 rankings).
IP Stars rankings are based on extensive research carried out over a six-month period, starting from September each year. The team of research analysts in London, New York and Hong Kong obtain information from firms and their clients through interviews, emails and online surveys.
