Hélène Weidmann, spoke as one of the panellists at the conference ”Swiss corporate law and shareholders agreements: do’s and don’ts” organised in Lausanne by the Vaud Bar Association (OAV)’s Law of Obligations Committee on November 7, 2024.
Hélène Weidmann gave valuable insights relating to the importance of a shareholders’ agreement, the key elements it should cover as well as its legal and practical limits. The other panellists covered specific questions relating to corporate and procedural law (including casting vote, renewal of directors’ terms of office, provisional measures as well as key employment law matters).
The practice-oriented presentations captivated the audience and led to lively discussions.
