“Fiducie, trust et gestion de patrimoine” conference | 12th May 2022
Julien Tron, partner, will speak on Wednesday 12 May 2022 in Paris at the conference “Fiducie, trust et gestion de patrimoine” at the panel “International Contexts: Trust and Fiduciary” about Swiss law and Swiss trust practice.
Between present and future, French domestic and international contexts, this conference will be a highlight of the year of the 15th anniversary of the introduction of the French “fiducie” in the civil code. It will raise the question of the attractiveness of the French fiducie in comparison with the use of a trust in wealth management.
The conference is organised by Fidal and the Institute of Comparative Law, University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
