On 8th June 2017 Meyerlustenberger Lachenal delivered a presentation at the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC) on the topic of establishing legal entities in Switzerland and China. Florian Müller and May-Si Hau, members of firm’s China desk, informed the audience about the process and the requirements for the establishment of a legal entity in Switzerland and in China and pointed out the main differences and similarities between the Swiss Stock Corporation (AG) and the Chinese Limited Liability Company (WFOE).
