Cosima Trabichet-Castan becomes a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
On November 29, 2021, our Real Estate Partner Cosima Trabichet-Castan has obtained the title of Chartered Valuation Surveyor, thus becoming a Chartered Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Cosima specialises in real estate and rental law, advising clients on high value real estate transactions and construction projects, as well as on rental law and property development issues. Before obtaining the MRICS qualification, she obtained a Masters’ degree in real estate from the Geneva Institute for Real Estate Studies (IEI). She also acts as an assistant judge at the Geneva Court for landlord and tenant disputes since 2017.
RICS is a globally recognized professional body with highly respected global standards. The chartered status (MRICS) is their main qualification. MRICS demonstrates that RICS-qualified professionals have a chartered qualification and work to the highest industry standards.
