On 29 September 2022, Drees & Sommer Switzerland is organising the next Real Estate Impuls Networking event. The event is titled “What potential does your property portfolio have?” and will take place at the Tibits in Lausanne.
It addresses the topic of transformation and renovation of existing properties which appears more relevant than ever before. Nevertheless, there are still some (practical, financial and legal) obstacles standing in the way of successful implementation.
