MLL accompanied SEBA in the launch of its Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) Program at SIX
MLL is proud to have accompanied SEBA Bank AG in the launch of the Exchange Traded Products Program of SA1 and to have been asked to advise on setting up a comprehensive program for cryptocurrency linked ETPs. The ETPs allow investors to participate in the performance of the emerging asset class of cryptocurrencies.
With Ronald Kogens, Catrina Luchsinger and Mark Montanari a strong MLL team in blockchain and financial markets were in charge of this process. The tax structuring was advised by the MLL partner Marcel Jung, a renowned specialist in taxation of investment products.
