MLL's Head of IP, Michael Ritscher, will be a panelist at this event, organised by INNOCUBE executive training of the University of Neuchâtel (UNINE) in collaboration with the Pôle de propriété intellectuelle et de l’innovation [PI]².
Taking place on the 12 May 2021 the online Cisco Webex event offers a unique exchange of experiences between attorneys and judges from different cultural backgrounds who will share their knowledge with you about what strategies to adopt to best defend clients, including cultural and tactical aspects, amongst others. The webinar will be hosted and animated by Daniel Kraus, Professor at University of Neuchâtel. Panelists alongside Michael Ritscher include some of the most experienced attorneys, renowned experts and judges.
