Urs Boller, LL.M., MCIArb, Partner Zurich

Urs Boller is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice. He has broad experience in national and international commercial disputes, both in litigation and arbitration. Having previously worked as a judge, Urs has special expertise in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, as well as in debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters.

Samuel Ljubicic, Partner Zurich

Samuel Ljubicic regularly advises clients on M&A and financing transactions. In addition to cross-border financing he works on debt securities and equity investments as well as transfer of credit risks. Samuel has significant experience in real estate transactions and property development.

Mario Strebel, LL.M., Partner Zurich

Mario Strebel joins MLL in Zurich as lead partner for the Competition Law, Trade and Regulated Markets practice. He represents and advises national and international clients in all relevant areas of competition law, distribution law and regulatory matters. He gives presentations on these topics on a regular basis, including compliance and dawn-raid workshops.
