Michel Oppliger

Michel Oppliger is an associate lawyer in the firm’s private clients team in Geneva, where he advises clients on estate and succession law, as well as on relocation in Switzerland.

In parallel with this activity, Michel Oppliger regularly supports companies in establishing their presence in Switzerland. His expertise includes the creation of legal structures tailored to his clients’ needs, as well as assistance in structuring their activities, particularly with regard to contracts and permits.

In addition, he regularly represents clients in complex commercial and contractual disputes before state courts in the French and Italian speaking parts of Switzerland.

Michel Oppliger holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Geneva and a Master of Laws (magna cum laude) from the University of Zurich.. He also holds a CAS in Legal Professions delivered by the University of Geneva.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Michel Oppliger worked as a junior associate in the competition & regulatory department of a Zurich law firm.
