Michel Oppliger

Michel Oppliger is an associate lawyer in the firm’s private clients team in Geneva, where he advises clients on estate and succession law.

In addition, he regularly represents clients in complex commercial and contractual disputes before state courts in the French and Italian speaking parts of Switzerland.

Michel Oppliger holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Geneva and a Master of Laws (magna cum laude) from the University of Zurich. During the latter, he had a strong focus on competition law, and most notably its enforcement in the digital economy, allowing him to advise clients on this topic. He also holds a CAS in Legal Professions delivered by the University of Geneva.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Michel Oppliger worked as a junior associate in the competition & regulatory department of a Zurich law firm.
