Marc Fiorellino is an associate in the Corporate and M&A team of MLL Legal at the Geneva office. His main areas of practice include Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance as well as Insolvency & Restructuring.
Marc Fiorellino advises Swiss and international clients on all types of transactions and corporate matters, whether domestic or cross-border, including private equity and venture capital transactions, business transfers, restructurings and relocations.
In addition to transactional work, Marc Fiorellino assists private and listed companies, family offices and start-ups in dealing with a broad of commercial, contractual and corporate matters.
Prior to joining MLL Legal, Marc Fiorellino worked for several years as an associate in a top tier corporate law firm in Geneva.
