Luca Henn

Luca M. Henn is a member of the corporate & M&A team in our office in Zurich. His practice focuses on M&A transactions and general corporate matters. He advises privately held and listed companies on all types of transactions and corporate as well as real estate law matters.

He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2023, holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich as well as studied law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (PL).

Prior to rejoining MLL Legal, Luca M. Henn worked as a specialist at the SIX Exchange Regulation (SER) in the field of Corporate Governance and Disclosure and as a lawyer at a municipal Construction Directorate.
