Karina Rovnak, LL.M.

Karina Rovnak is a junior associate in the firm’s Zurich office. She supports MLL Legal’s partners and associates in a wide range of legal fields.

Karina Rovnak studied law at the University of Zurich and at the Palacky University in Czech Republic. She also holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of London (University College London and Queen Mary University).

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Karina Rovnak worked as a senior legal counsel in a structured lending and transactions department of Credit Suisse AG. Prior to that, she worked as a senior legal consultant for a Big 4 firm, with a focus on advising on financial markets law, corporate law and financing transactions, and as a senior compliance officer in the area of trading and custody of financial instruments at Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd.
