Fabio Lavarini

Fabio Lavarini is part of the Corporate and M&A team at our Zurich office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as all aspects of corporate and contract law.

Fabio advises private and publicly traded companies on all types of transactions, both on the buyer and seller side, as well as on all matters relating to corporate law.

Fabio has been admitted to the bar in Switzerland since 2025.

He holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics (M.A. HSG in Law & Economics) from the University of St. Gallen.

During and after his studies, Fabio worked in various law firms in Zurich and St. Gallen. Among other things, Fabio worked as a trainee at MLL Legal, where he gained experience in corporate and M&A law in particular.

Fabio is fluent in German and English. He also has a good knowledge of Italian, French, and Chinese.
