Barbora Hasler-Castell

Barbora Hasler-Castell works as an attorney and notary public in our Corporate and M&A and Banking and Finance team.

Her practice focuses on advising national and international clients in general corporate law, the sale and acquisition of companies, as well as employment law matters and general contract matters.

Before joining MLL Legal, Barbora worked for a few years as an attorney-at-law at a nationally and internationally oriented law firm in Zurich, specialized in business law and negotiation, and as a junior associate at a leading internationally oriented commercial law firm in Zurich and Zug. She also worked at a District Court in Zurich and at a chair for Trade and Business Law and a chair for International Banking and Financial Law at the University of Zurich.

Barbora holds a Master of law (summa cum laude) from the University of Zurich and is a certified notary public of the Canton of Zug. She is fluent in German, English, French, and Czech and has a very good knowledge of Slovak.
