Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Conference on 29 June 2023 in Geneva
Jean Marguerat, as co-chair of the Geneva Group of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), along with Alexandra Johnson, are organizing a conference on Arbitration on 29 June 2023 on the topic “Anti-suit and anti-arbitration injunctions”.
The speakers will be:
- Vanessa Alarcon Duvanel, Counsel, King & Spalding in Geneva
- Sebastiano Nessi, Partner, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in Geneva
The session will start with a brief summary of the recent case law of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court on international arbitration, presented by Roxane Allot, associate at Walder Wyss in Geneva. The presentations will be followed by a general discussion during which members of the Group will be able to share their experience and ask questions.
An aperitif will be held after the session on the CCIG premises. The event language is French.
