Sanctions against Russia: practical guidelines for Swiss professionals, 23 June 2022
On 23 June 2022 James F. Reardon will be a panellist at the “Sanctions against Russia: practical guidelines for Swiss professionals” Zoom conference. The topic of James presentation is “What are Circumventions of Sanctions Rules and are Circumventions Reportable?”.
The conference, organised by Academy & Finance, will examine which entities fall under the sanctions regimes of the US and of the EU, how the Swiss sanctions regime applies to trusts and foundations with Russian connections, what circumventions of sanctions rules are and whether those circumventions are reportable, and who should be reported to and what the rights of the individuals whose bank accounts are limited to 100K are.
