MLL Legal represented Atlas Tapes S.A. on the acquisition of a stake of Swiss Quality Paper AG
Atlas Tapes S.A., with headquarters in Greece and an industry-leading and vertically integrated manufacturer of self-adhesive tapes, acquired a stake of Swiss Quality Paper AG, a Swiss manufacturer of premium specialty paper products, from its shareholders.
MLL Legal acted as Swiss legal advisors to Atlas Tapes S.A. in this transaction. The team was being co-led by Andrea Sieber and Karin Oberlin and included Philipp Falk, Michèle Sidler, Tania Mengeu (all M&A), Wolfgang Müller and Munier Serag (both Real Estate). Alexandra Mitsokali and her team of PPT Legal acted as Greek advisor to Atlas Tapes S.A.
