MLL advises Bellevue Group AG on acquisition of adbodmer AG
On 19 July 2019 Bellevue Group AG, an investment banking and asset management company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, acquired adbodmer AG, a private equity boutique specialized in direct investments and transactional services. Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Ltd. (MLL) advised Bellevue Group AG in all aspects of this transaction.
