MLL advised Värdex Suisse in structuring and introducing its new cryptonow voucher card.
Värdex Suisse AG, a renowned retail crypto financial services company in Switzerland (www.vaerdex.ch), launched innovative crypto voucher cards available for purchase in retail stores enabling its purchasers to exchange Swiss Francs into crypto currencies (www.cryptonow.ch).
MLL acted as legal partner of Värdex Suisse for the cryptonow voucher card offering and advsied in particular in connection with Swiss financial market regulatorions and contractual law. The MLL team was led by Reto Luthiger and included Alexander Vogel and Valérie Bayard.
