MLL advised Allianz in the acquisition of the “Weltpost Park”, an ongoing construction project for 176 apartments
MLL advised leading German insurance company Allianz in the acquisition of a construction right and an ongoing construction project for 176 apartments in three buildings in Bern (“Weltpost Park”). FINMA applications and Lex Koller permit were enacted and approvals of the city of Berne and the Burgergemeinde Berne for several matters collected. MLL advises on various issues relating to the construction of the buildings.
