On 21 April 2022 Jean Marguerat, president of the Swiss chapter of the “Club Español de Arbitraje” (CEA), will moderate a webinar entitled “The enforcement of arbitration awards against States: understanding some issues of seizure of State assets and sovereign immunity“.
The webinar is organised by the CEA and will take place on 21 April 2022 at 18:00 (CEST)/12:00 (New York) / 13:00 (Buenos Aires). Jean Marguerat will moderate a panel of speakers from Buenos Aires, Paris and New York who will share their expertise around the subject. The language of the webinar is Spanish.
