Jean Marguerat, partner in Geneva and co-chair of the Geneva Group of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), along with Alexandra Johnson, are organizing a conference on 23 November 2023 on the topics “New solution for different needs: A global platform for arbitration tribunal secretaries” by Dorothee Schramm followed by Paolo Michele Patocchi’s “Carte Blanche“, where he will be sharing his vast experience as a counsel and arbitrator.
The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session and a general discussion where members of the group will be able to share their experiences. An aperitif will be held after the session in the premises of CCIG. The event language is French.
