Jacques Johner obtains specialised training in collaborative law

Senior Associate Jacques Johner has successfully completed his course in collaborative law from the Association romande de droit collaboratif.

The collaborative law course trains lawyers in providing dispute resolution solutions that avoid going to court. This approach is cost-effective and uses communication and negotiation techniques to help people resolve their dispute in a sustainable way that respects individual needs. Lawyers that successfully complete the course obtain an official recognition as being a trained practitioner of collaborative law.

Jacques Johner‘s practice includes dispute resolution and real estate law. He looks forward to using his collaborative law skills to help clients, especially in the fields of contractual and commercial disputes and in real estate and rental disputes.
