Our partner and certified tax expert Arnaud Martin and our tax associate Imane Kacem held a lecture on Financial Restructuring as part of the LL.M tax program at the University of Geneva on 6 October 2023.
The LL.M. Tax is an advanced master’s degree awarded by the University of Geneva. This postgraduate programme enables students to deepen their fundamental knowledge and develop specialised legal skills relating to the taxation of individuals and legal entities, following a global approach covering all forms of taxation, direct and indirect. The topics covered in the various modules are approached from the perspective of Swiss and international tax law, with particular emphasis on Swiss practice.
