Kilian Schärli, partner at MLL Legal and International Chair of LESI YMC, will be participating in the 8th LESI YMC Pan-American Conference in Houston, Texas, USA on 24 February 2023. The panel discussions will revolve around new developments and AI-technology use in the O&G industry, technology transfer related to healthcare innovations coming from world-class incubators, high-tech patentable subject matter issues, and TM and data considerations in the agricultural industry.
Kilian Schärli will be the moderator of a panel discussion about Licensing Healthcare Related Technologies Coming out of the Incubator Environment.
