IP Workshop: Proving genuine use of trademark in Switzerland
On 2nd February 2017 the IP practice organised a workshop under the title „Was bringt das neue Löschungsverfahren?“ addressing the new cancellation proceedings due to non-use of trademarks before the Swiss trademark office. With the support of Dr. David Aschmann, Judge at the Federal Administrative Court, the participants discussed the formal requirements of the new proceedings as well typical stumbling blocks of the legal requirement of genuine use in Swiss trademark law.
