Workshop „Farbmarke – Quo vadis?“
MLL will host a Workshop on the developments colour trademark protection. With the support of Dr. Anne Niedermann, Institut für Demoskopie Allensbach (IfD Allensbach), and Prof. Ulrich Bachmann, Institute of Colour an Light (ICL), Zurich, we will discuss the future of colour trademarks in the light of recent European case law.
