We are pleased to support the ASA Fall Conference 2026 on 25 September 2026 at Bellevue Palace in Bern.
Held under the theme “Behind the Curtain: Dynamics Within Arbitral Tribunals”, this year’s conference will explore how arbitral tribunals operate and the dynamics shaping proceedings and decision-making.
The programme will cover each stage of arbitration, from constituting and organising the tribunal to case management, hearings, deliberations, and drafting the award. Leading arbitrators and practitioners from Switzerland and abroad will share their perspectives and experience.
