Fabian Bögli is a member of the Corporate & M&A team in our office in Zürich. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. He advises privately held and listed companies on all types of transactions and corporate matters.
Fabian Bögli was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s as well as a Master’s degree from the University of Bern law school.
Before joining MLL Legal he worked for a law firm in Bern as well as in the criminal department and the civil department of the Regional Court Bern-Mittelland.
