Profile
Cédric Saladin is a member of the Corporate & M&A team in our office in Zurich. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, financing transactions, the structuring and dissolution of joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance matters.
Cédric has a strong track record on advising international clients in the acquisition of Swiss companies in a broad range of industries. He also regularly advises venture capital funds on investments in tech and biotech start-ups. He regularly publishes in his areas of expertise.
Cédric Saladin was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2020. He holds a Bachelor’s as well as a Master’s degree from the University of Basel law school and an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
Prior to joining MLL Legal, he worked for another leading business law firm as well as for the Cantonal Court of the Canton Basel-Country.
