Cédric Saladin, LL.M.

Cédric Saladin is a member of the Corporate & M&A team in our office in Zurich. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. He advises privately held and listed companies on all types of transactions and corporate matters.

Cédric Saladin was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2020. He holds a Bachelor’s as well as a Master’s degree from the University of Basel law school and an LL.M. degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is fluent in German, English and French.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, he worked for several law firms as well as for the Cantonal Court of the Canton Basel-Country.
