Our Madrid office, established in 2003, is the first office opened by a Swiss law firm in Spain. It aims to support Swiss companies increasing their presence in Spain and Latin America, and to promote Swiss legal assistance to local clients in their own language and country (private and corporate). Our firm has the privilege of being able to call on a large network of the leading Spanish and Latin American law firms to provide us with legal support in their own jurisdictions as required. At the same time, they revert us their clients looking for legal advice regarding Switzerland, in particular, relocation of physical persons and legal entities, investments in real estate, launching investment funds, international tax, criminal and administrative assistance, assets deposited in bank accounts (estate, management, enforcement and attachment) and intellectual property.
