Start-up Stories Night Event: 18 August 2021, Zurich
MLL’s next Start-up Stories Night event will take place on Wednesday 18 August 2021 in Zurich. The Start-up Stories Night event series provide a platform to discuss important topics for start-ups and investors.
This event will focus on governance issues such as:
- Organisational aspects of start-up governance – the problem of wearing too many hats
- Contractual aspects of start-up governance – the pitfall of having a friend help your start-up out with developing IP
- Administrative aspects of start-up governance – the documentation a start-up needs to impress an investor
Every story is unique – yet similar problems keep cropping up.
Not only will you have the chance to hear from experienced lawyers in tech, but we will also benefit from insights from the entrepreneurs and investors’ side, as the start-up stories of this event will be told by Dr Teddy Amberg who not only built up the fintech start-up CreditGate24 but also has many years of experience in private equity and venture capital. He will share some of his stories with us.
