MLL Legal is delighted to host the fourth edition of the Female M&A Lawyers event in Romandie — an inspiring evening of connection, insight, and empowerment for women working in M&A at law firms across Western Switzerland. The event will take place on Tuesday, 2 September 2025 at our Geneva Office.
This session will focus on a topic many of us can relate to: Advancing your career in a law firm and the vital role of mentors and role models.
How do we navigate the challenges of career growth in the legal profession? What role do mentors and role models play in shaping our paths? And what support structures do firms offer to help us thrive?
