MLL successfully defends Lipomed’s deferiprone business
MLL successfully represented Lipomed AG and Lipomed GmbH in patent opposition proceedings before the Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office and coordinated the international patent litigation concerning Lipomed's deferiprone business.
Deferiprone is an iron chelating agent, which removes excess iron from the body.
The MLL team was led by Simon Holzer and Ulrike Ciesla.
