MLL Legal advises EIM Group regarding an investment by Omnes into EIM Group
MLL Legal is proud to have been able to advise the EIM Group and its owners as lead legal counsel working alongside the independent corporate finance advisory firm Capitalmind to secure growth investment into the EIM Group by Omnes, a major player in private equity and infrastructure with EUR 5bn assets under management.
