MLL Financial Services: FinSA/FinIA: What needs to be done? And when? Practical insights for the transition
On 26 February 2020 MLL Financial Services hosted an event in Zurich about the Financial Services Act (FinSA) and the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), which entered into force on 1 January 2020, along with their long awaited implementation rules.
The event focused on the transitional periods applicable under the new regime and detailed the specific action items relevant to particular areas of activity. Our Financial Services specialists discussed implementation steps, from a business perspective based on current examples.
