MLL supported Talenthouse, with its operational headquarters in London, in its listing at SIX Swiss Exchange through a reverse merger.
Talenthouse AG is a leading technology platform company operating the creative platforms of Talenthouse, EyeEm, Ello, Zooppa and Jovoto and connecting creatives and brands globally. The transaction is the second listing at SIX Swiss Exchange in 2022.
The MLL team was led by Wolfgang Müller and consisted of Thomas Nabholz, Thomas Nietlispach, Jonas Schütte, Peter Sebestyen and Alexander Vogel.
